Our hotel has as objective of quality faithfully to all our clients through the continuous improvement of the establishment and of its human team.
This should be translated, in a high degree of satisfaction and all our clients' trust, putting a questionnaire of quality and a book of visits at your disposal. To we must add it, the perseverance in writing of all those complaints and suggestions that, made in verbal form, transmit us, committing to pay attention and to try to give solution to each one of them.
If any client, wants to be informed of the given solution, already in a verbal or written way, after their stay with us, we request him it communicates it to us to be able to take it to effect .
