According to the Tourist Regulation of the Asturias of 2.001:

• "If you cancel the accommodation more than seven and less than fifteen day,you will be given back the 50% of the payment in advance".
• "If you cancel with less than 7 days in advance you will receive nothing".
• “If you are going to arrive later than 20:00, please let us know in order to guarantee your reservation”.

Early departures will be charged as full reservations.
